A thorough and agressive search of the market for the most competitive terms and funding alternatives (fully insured, self-funded and minimum premium/ASO):

A. Writing the Request for Proposal specifications.

B. Marketing to no less than fifteen(15) markets for medical and up to six (6) additional markets for each of the other benefits.

C. Reviewing the proposals for accuracy and plan duplication.

D. Preparing and presenting a Marketing Report to client.

E. Assisting client with interviewing up to four (4) carriers/administrators as possible providers of benefit services.

F. Helping with the client's final selection process.
