BENEFIT ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

A complete analysis of the current benefit plans offered:

A. A review of the existing benefits: a factual, concise summary of the current plans.

B. Recommendations for future plan changes/considerations.

• Comparison of current benefits with "standard" plans.
• Discussion of future benefit directions.

C. Education of client through analysis of claim experience and other costs, with financial projections and implications of maintaining the existing benefits and funding arrangements.        

D. Evaluation of the financial arrangements with the present carriers and recommended modifications.

E. Recommendations regarding changing the existing delivery system and/or marketing the plan off-anniversary.

F. Attendance at meetings with current providers on behalf of client, if desired.
